Health and Safety Officer

Job Description:
As an Occupational Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and monitoring all processes in accordance with the Law on Occupational Health and Safety and the company’s internal standards.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a systematic and responsible individual with a high level of integrity. Strong communication skills are essential for training employees, along with the authority and confidence to enforce safety measures at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting risk assessment procedures across all workplaces and working environments;
- Monitoring and providing instructions for safe work practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Performing regular inspections of work equipment and safety conditions in production and office areas;
- Preparing and maintaining complete documentation (records, reports, policies, and procedures);
- Organizing and delivering theoretical and practical safety training for employees;
- Cooperating with occupational health services and coordinating periodic medical examinations;
- Participating in and supporting inspections conducted by occupational health and safety authorities.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree (technical/technological field or occupational health and safety);
- Valid Occupational Health and Safety License is mandatory;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety roles (experience in manufacturing environments is an advantage);
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and standards (ISO 45001 is an advantage);
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office package);
- Category B driving license (active driver)
